Cannot receive calls if dual sim 4g is enabled

If dual sim 4g setting is enabled i can't receive calls on both sim. I have jio on sim1 and airtel on sim2

Can you please go to either a jio or airtel store, borrow a sim from them and experiment to see if the issue lies in one of your sim cards or the dual sim 4g setting? Or maybe you know someone that you can borrow a SIM from?
If you have no success, then we must log your phone on order to find out why you can't receive calls with dual 4G enabled.
