I recorded a weird glitch/bug from the stock camera app when switching to video mode. Please review the video below and let me know what this is and whether or not it can be fixed in the next update? Thanks!

I already seen this glitch in .110 update and after .119 update camera still got worse and laggy.

Same! I've also seen it in the .79 update and so I guess it is something they still need to work on 😞 Android 9 did not have this glitch.

Looks like the EIS has some issues when initiating on your phone. May I log your device and find out why?
I can send a PM with instructions
