Please check the top of your phone, on the bezel between the notification LED and the earpiece. Some users have reported fixing this issue by removing their phone case and/or cleaning the proximity sensor for any pieces of dirt or dust.
If after trying those steps you are still experiencing the "Camera cannot flip" error message, I recommend contacting your local ASUS repair center.
