[Bug Report] Navbar always shown when using multi-window

I'm on the latest firmware (.189) and have the following bug to report:
When the navigation bar is hidden in favour of navigation gestures (swiping from the bottom screen edge) and more than one app is opened at a time, the system's navigation bar automatically shows up and stays onscreen until one of the two windows is closed. During this period, the navigation gestures are disabled.
