Audio wizard Issues

Hi there. 
So I don't know If this issue just popped up with the 174 FW or has been around before since I hadn't tested headphones before. But audio wizard doesn't seem to be working at all with headphones. No other audio presets work except for normal. When I click on any other, the audio stops and doesn't come back until I take the headphones out and completely close all music playing apps and audio wizard. 
I'll try other headphones and update this topic. 

Also, another concern about audio wizard is that it's very inconvenient to get out of all apps to go to audio wizard.  Could we get a smart key option to toggle between audio presets? Thankyou

Coincidence ? How come, it's practical have had shared video for same. It works on 8GB version fairly well while not in 6gb.

I have an 8gb (faulty motherboard) unit where the audio wizard just doesn't work for any external audio devices with any application including Google play music

getting same kind of issue since many months.. need to reboot phone then audio starts.. ive tested on wired and wireless headphones. even home sound bar after entering audio wizard and after changing preset equalizers to any mode like rock pop or any audio stops. i've tried clearing cache data of audio wizard it didnt work..my friend has same asus 6z its working fine for him.. dont tell me to format phone please.
it wont work with any music player.. there is no issue with any music player apps its the issue with audio wizard.. ive tried playing songs online with players like soundcloud and spotify .. also tried with internal audio which was present in my phone throught google music player.. 6gb 64gb variant of mine and my friends as well. hes not facing issue i am .
