Asus does not care at all

Inspite of reaching out on social media and here asus team just doesn't want accept the fact that the camera is messed up with no support for Google camera. The stock camera has gone from a flagship level to a mid range level but all asus cares about is organizing fan meets with Geeky Ranjit. I thought you guys gave a bunch of phones to Dev's to get custom rom support which never came out. Earlier atleast we were able to use the gcam now thanks to you guys that also doesn't work. I have paid for a premium device but thanks to you guys who are making it average day by day. Thank you for conning your users.

First, the double-negation it the title states positive. Second, you can't expect official Google Camera support l because it's their proprietary software. There's no source code available and it can be only shipped with Google Pixels. There are two unofficial modders trying to make it useable but they have to use workarounds for everything.

Here are some of the logcat for gcam version 7.2 issue. It looks like gcam unable to store a file for processing hdr. It stuck at processing hdr
Other phones with android 10 don't have this issue at all. Even on zenfone 5z q beta with same gcam 7.2 doesn't have this problem.
I hope asus can figure that out someday. Some people were went back to android 9 because of this.

Asus can't do anything about it,..you just need to wait for a mod that would work on 6z untill then there's nothing they can do cause its not their problem to begin with

It is a issue with asus if you understand what that logcat states. The stock camera also has massive issues to start with tint and no dynamic range. I think that's not a problem from asus as well. I guess i have to reach out to Flipkart right.
