Hello there, I have a Sim card in both slots. I use Sim 1 for both data and calling. However, when i am using data and receive/make a call, the 4G vanishes and a while later, the data turns off by itself.
Is there any way to be in call with my 4G data still on?
I use Android 9 with VOLTE & Dual SIM 4G both enabled.

What is your carrier?
It's network dependency. If calling is not using VoLTE, mostly they will disable data, Airtel does it.
With JIO I am able to use call as well Data at same time.

[Asus 6z] Not able to connect to data while on call

As MrHornet said, if your call is not VoLTE, then data will be 3G. If you had been using SIM 1 for calling and SIM 2 for data, then you wouldn't be able to get any data at all during a call since this is not supported.
