I'm glad I installed Android 11 but I have a small bubble that often appears at the bottom of the screen where it says null.

It looks like a flash or a pop up notification which was supported earlier but not by the current A11. It could perhaps be something similar to carrier flash messages which aren't being allowed by the system to invade anymore.

It is a Toast Message from some of your installed app.
Install some app which can intercept toast messages like this
