As per my initial observation
By far no gltiches / sluggish / hangs found after update
Camera flips normal (on cam app, 3rd party apps not sure)
Google Stabalized videos can be saved
DRM Info : L3 Certified
Google Play Store : Device is certified
Color Mode : All 3 options are present
WiFi Calling (Jio) : good option to choose priority over WiFi or Mobile Network
Overall nice update

Interesting thing, I just restarted my device, boots up with good speed and Widevine certification has restored to L1

No, please wait , ASUS OTA servers are weird , whenever they release, they say batch wise, Our device serial number matters
Also as per my observation, I was using my phone with A9 until this morning, whenever I try to check it was showing blank, but once OTA is live I got all pending OTAs and finally 11
