[Zenfone 5Z ZS620KL] Why so bad multitouch-touchscreen

I use Asus Zenfone 5z , version 100.10.107.87, not root
I am so sad bad games experience 😞 why so bad multitouch-touchscreen. Asus will fix this problem for about 2 years 😞

I just test my device, same model and firmware version, yet the SMMI test-MultiTouch Test is fine in serveral times testing. Could you provide the information below so that we could better assist you?

1. Please enter Safe Mode to check on SMMI test again. If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

+I have the same problem I test in safe mode.
+ No problem with single touch as it appears in the video
+When the 3rd and 4th fingers are on the screen in multi touch,multi touch distorts
+This will be a problem If you hold 4 fingers on the screen for a long time
+Doesn't affect in normal use but big problem use multi touch
I keep my fingers on the screen less while playing games to deal with this problem. it doesn't affect the normal phone user multi touch , But I usually play games .I'll break the phone soon while playing games 😄

We're currently investigating multiple touch issues on 5z but the way your issue expressed itself in the video makes me believe you have a hardware issue like Christine said. Did you apply extra force to the screen whenever the flickering appeared?

I think problem is software. Im not the only to complain about this problem in the forum. it does this multi touch problem from time to time. I don't think there is a hardware problem. I test now normal but not always stable. I upload 2 video . I tested yesterday , it trembled, now today normal .I just touched it a little hard, I did the same today,no problem

I think problem is software. Im not the only to complain about this problem in the forum. it does this multi touch problem from time to time. I don't think there is a hardware problem. Games video touch error ( I don't want it to happen also sometimes there is a reaction of half a second late 
I say it again, the problems I face are not always experiencing and sometimes I encounter them. Especially when it reacts half a second late and doesn't detect multi-touch
Need some calibration , I hope we don't wait too long for the update.
