Zenfone 5z Z01RD not connecting to laptop

My Zenfone 5z Z01RD ZS621KL model last updated version,non rooted not getting connected to my laptop on windows 10 Lenovo yoga series laptop it's ONLY getting charged! I want to transfer my phone data to laptop, is there any driver issue ? My redmi 9 phone easily getting connected to laptop n option coming usb - charging,data transfer etc , what is this issue?I need urgent solution

Have you tried connecting the phone to other computers for testing?
The computer uses its own USB drivers to recognize and interact with the phone.
These drivers are provided by the computer itself.

Already tested , my Xiaomi phone is easily recognised by my Lenovo laptop n options coming on phone to choose from usb charging,data transfer etc as it should be but not with Asus Zenfone 5z!

If the phone cannot be detected on other computers as well, it may be due to a faulty cable or a USB Type-C issue with the phone itself.
I would suggest taking the phone to a repair center for further examination.
