For Zenfone 5Z stock camera not focus issue, please refer to what amitgarde3 said above and try all the guide he provided (e,g. Reset all camera settings : long press "Camera">App Info>Storage & memory>Clear cache/Clear storage). If the issue remain the same, please provide me

1. Your current firmware version

Setting >System>About Phone>Software information

If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?

2. Original picture taken by stock camera

Tried all these suggestions but still have camera issue.
Its pathetic that even though the issue is known long back asus dont even have courtesy to communicate customers shame on you asus....

Why the mods are again and again telling us to do the things that are very basic.everyone has formatted camera data cache cleared .this issue is from asus otherwise this blurry thing hadn't happened with so many people not everyone drops there phone.being a big compamy asus should come forward and address the issue.why we are needed to pay for this.mods here should also report this to their seniors .it is their responsibility.this problem is from very long time and you guys are still stuck there telling us to format data clear .this is very frustrating.

This means after the warranty, they will give us an intentional update so that we need to go and repair the phone by paying at the service center?

I agree, this is a software issue. When will this be resolved? There are more affected people here.
Are they not taking actions?
I'm from the Philippines and I support is difficult here.
