This completely my speculation so don't take it is as advise from expert but from the information I can gather from post it look like the reason behind is ai charging or schedule charging feature of phone cause they let the phone fast charge the phone up to 95 % and then slow charge the rest of the battery so what you can do is switch off those features ( go-to setting then battery then powermaster then battery care ) and see if that works.
