WiFi not working please help

Installed the Google security patch last night and now my wifi is non functional. I've subsequently lost all my data and contacts trying g to resolve problem because of a factory reset Please help asap I use my phone for work

Hello keemrx80, Good day. Do you mean you've factory reset but the WiFi is still not working? Can you find the SSID in the WiFi list? Does this problem appear if you connect another router? Please try to reset the network settings for a check. Or Please try to reset your router. (settings> system > reset options> reset the WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth) Thank you.

Is there something known that WLAN + Mobile Data Traffic shuts down in Standby after every Update? Have to reset Network Preferences after every single Update....and then its fixed and internet works in standby again..... until the next update appears.
