Unable to unlock bootloader for Zenfone Max pro M2

• Firmware Version: (cannont find firmware version anywhere, build number below if that helps)
• Build no: PKQ1.WW_Phone-16.2017.2011.105-20210108
• Rooted or not: NOT
• Frequency of Occurrence: Always
• APP Name & APP Version: UnlockTool_9.2.0.0_200807

I tried the Unlock tool method but getting following error

 I also tried the Unofficial method from XDA here. This did not work either. After running Unlock.cmd, a black screen appears and nothing happens. There is small text on Top left corner of black screen, which reads "... any key to shutdown", first word is hidden behind the screen curve and not visible. Pressing the power key once, reboots the device.(P.S. device is detected by "fastboot devices" command)
