Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: Asus Zenfone 5z (ZS620KL)
Firmware Version: WW_100.10.107.87_20200520
Rooted or not: NOT ROOTED
Frequency of Occurrence: PERSISTENT
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): SYSTEM UI
In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.
========================================
Whenever I stop to see a picture or video in apps and start to scroll again I encounter a lag or jitter. It vanishes if I restart the device. However the smooth scrolling is only for a short time and the lag occurs again
Edit: I forgot to mention that the Transition scale, window animation scale and Animator duration scale were all set to. 0.5x

2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.
