Size of sd card

I have just installed a brand new integral 256gb micro sd card. File manager shows it as 268gb and when I put all my music files onto it I get 2 or 3 albums with no files in them

Further to this question the sd crd serial number is showing 0000/0000

Hi jackshephard95, About how large is the file size of all your music in the SD card? Could you show us a screenshot or short video of the problem that there is no music in the albums? What is the file type of your music files? What is the brand and type of your SD card? Have you tried with different SD cards with the same files? Thank you and have a nice day 🙂

My music directory is about 18gb with subdirectories for each album. After copying the music directory across to the sd card I can check the files and as I go through the albums some are complete with all the files, some show a list of tracks with 0byte size and some say no files. I have tried an integral 256gb card but it shows as 268gb, I would expect 245-250gb it also shows a serial number 0000/0000. This was after formatting it with the zf5z.

The music files are mp3 or FLAC with some jpg cover art.
