Refresh on apps

Gan mw nanya, kenapa di Zenfone 5Z saya sering refresh sendiri ya? Biasa terjadi di apps seperti instagram, chrome dan kadang kalau turunin notif panel dengan swipe kebawah suka nutup sendiri... Ada suggest harus bagaimana kah??
