As expected you wont hear from anyone.
Dont flash softwares from official website if you dont get ota popup on mobile.
Thats the reason i feel camera modules are getting damaged.

Hello, the global and corporate brand asus has been abandoned with android 10 and an approach that does not suit Asus Zenfone 5 without the security update. Please stand behind the product for customer satisfaction. I am writing from Turkey.

Your not the only ones being forgotten ( z5) . The last security update we got was on the 28/1/21 and that's on the zenfone 7
