Firmware Version: latest sept update
Rooted or not: non rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: almost everytime.
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): many apps

Since the sept update what's happening is ...
If I was chatting on whatsapp and then if I go to the gallery app there's like a shadow of the last chat and the keyboard (gboard) which appears like everywhere like it's stuck on the background then I have to restart my device everytime to make it disappear.
So I have a humble request to the mods to complain about it to the developers

Dont worry,Thats screen retention which can be fix only by locking your device for sometime or always using dark theme backgrounds on device like dark theme on keyboard/system or everywhere
Keep your display brightness as low as is reasonable. ...
Shorten your screen-off timer. ...
Use Dark Mode, if supported. ...
Use Immersive Mode, where available. ...
Pick a wallpaper with darker colors and change it every now and again.
