Not recieving OTA update in newly bought asus zenfone max pro M1

Rooted or not: not rooted
Frequency of Occurrence: Every time (not a single time I have recieved ota)
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):

Actually you need to manually update some of the update version and after that you would get the ota updates. In order to know the perfect order of manual updates please contact customer care and they will mail you a perfect order of update version along with the download link and also they will tell you how to upgrade manually.
