Hi, I have a Zenfone 5Z purchased in January. I had no problem with it until today. The microphone makes a weird noise only in recorded videos and voice records. Also my signal has gone completly off after I simply restarted the phone to see if the noise of the microphone would dissapear. Tried to restart again, verified if the connection is down but it is alright . Currently says "No service". SIM card is fine, never took it out. I'm using SIM 1, but with no signal because of this issue. Please help.

If this problem still exists, I would suggest you backup phone files and bring your phone to a local service center for a further examination. Hi eduard_novac, Good day. (1.) For the noise problem with video and voice records, Could you tell me in which place did you recording? Please also show me your video or voice records for our reference? (2.) Does this "no service" problem only appear after restarting the device? Please kindly turn on "Air Plane mode" and off for a check. Thank you.

I am facing similar issue regarding mic I can't speak to the person speaking on the other side . Even after hard reset nothing happened .
