Hi klnsunilkumar1, Is there any error message or screenshot you can show us? Have you tried with other SIM cards? Please try resetting the network settings: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth)

I had similar issue and the back cover of mine is not removable. But I followed you suggestion. Surprisingly after a minute or two both Sims got network. Thank you Murali Kunapareddy
