Hi allanpaz146, Good day. Do you mean your mobile data disconnect but SIM strength works well? (1.) Please turn on " Air Plan mode" and off for a check. (2.) Does this problem appear if you use another different carrier's SIM card? (3.) Does the internet get back automatically after disconnect? Thank you. 🙂
