Message not sent. Phone number formatted incorrectly

I cannot send to all my contacts because of this. I have experience it since last night. Until now it's still the same. I restarted and even shut down my phone but still same. I even cleared cached of my messages. Nothing changes.

Hi lureygrace28, Good day. I would suggest you update the firmware to the latest WW-16.0610.1901.74 for a check. (settings> system > system update) If this problem still appears, please tell me which messages app do you use. Does this problem happen even you use Android messages? Which place do you save the contacts? Thank you.

1. Your current firmware version
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?
2. Does the issue appear after any system/apps' download or update?
3. Does the issue happen in build-in texting app or other apps, too? Which apps?
4. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
