It always happen when I left my phone and the headphone jack is inserted overnight and after i remove the headphone jack from inserted inserted the indicator is still says that the headphone jack is inserted. I think it is only a software issue because even though the it says that the jack is inserted there's still audio firing from the loud speaker.
