Gmail starts syncing randomly when mobile data/wifi is turned off and notification keeps popping up until i switch data on. This is happening since A10 update. It wasn't a case in A9. Earlier I posted a screen recording of the bug and moderator told me to try in SAFE MODE. it also happens in Safe Mode. Here's the screen recording in safe mode.
