Hello yusufofficiall01, Good day. Have you used any security setup? If yes. Does this problem appear if you remove the security setup? Please also kindly help me restore the Asus Launcher and update to the latest version 4.2.9.0 via the Google Play Store. (settings > apps & notifications > see all apps > Asus Launcher > storage & memory >clear storage & cache) If this problem still appears, Could you tell me details about your security setup? or AppLock?
