Did you drop your phone..?? Coz if long range focus is still not working after doing these steps
1) Clearing cache storage
2) Camera app reset to default settings options
3) Factory data reset of system
Than probably its hardware issue which can only be fixed by taking your device to nearest service centre as early as possible, please dont forget to backup your important data before you factory data reset or submit your device to service centre

I didn't drop my phone and I tried clearing cache but didn't do factory data reset just restarted my phone

Hardware issue, they will charge 4-5K. Lucky if you are under warranty. Almost every 5Z user faced it. But still Asus will not accept their mistake.

Try to check after factory data reset if issue still remains than its hardware problem
So kindly take your device to nearest service centre ASAP and dont forget to backup your imp data before you submit your device to service centre for further examination and fixes of your device
