Camara app can not read memory card.

After android 9 update my phone can not save photos in memory card. I have a message. "Insert a memory card and try again"

Hello kocumserkan, Good day. Could phone read the SD card if you re-put in? I would suggest you backup SD card files and format it to a check. We would suggest you post the error screenshot in English next time. :) Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have the same issue. When I change the phone language into English, the camera app can store the photo taken without any problems but in Turkish language it gives an error message that I should insert a memory card.

Last edited by bulent09 on 2019/1/20 00:13 son pie güncellemesi ile kamera uygulamasında çektiğiniz fotoğrafları sd karta kaydetmiyor ve işlem başarısız sd kart hatası veriyordu. mehmetturker arkadaşımın dediği gibi dili ingilizce olarak ayarlandığında fotoları sd karta kaydediyor. çözüm şimdilik , dili ingilizce olarak ayarlamak.. umarım ASUS bu sorunu çözer.
