Bluetooth earphone problem

Hi Team,
I got MIVI collor wireless earphone for my Asus zenfone 5z. It was working smooth but since today started making a lot of noise when I make a call. Everytime I get or make a call while being connected to the wireless earphone, it makes a loud irritating noise the earphone. The earphone is working fine will all other models like OnePlus, mi and samsung.
I've also tried resetting my mobile but still the issue persists.
I've android security patch update from July 5 2020. I've also attached the screenshot of Bluetooth version details.
Request you to please do the required help to resolve the issue.

Hi there, kindly update the device with the latest software update and see if the issue persists.

You can try some of the following options:
1. Check if the noise happens when the call is made from a quiet environment.
2. Step away from the ZenFone and initiate a call to check for a feedback issue or any other interference between the device and the headset.
3. Lower all volumes except for the calls, then try again. This will check if there is another sound function causing the noise.
4. If the Bluetooth device provides noise cancellation and allows the user to enable or disable the function at will, try changing the current status (if it is on, turn off and vice versa).
