Please help asap.. When trying to play video on FB or Netflix, the audio output is on RECEIVER. When I'm tryig to call someone on FB (videocall), the output is on receiver as well. But when someone is trying to call me on videocall, the output is back to normal and it is on speaker. Can you please advice what to do? I've tried to run the receiver test and it seems like there's a problem with my receiver.

Hello mendokusai, Good day. Could you hear the voice while you test the receiver test? ( please put your phone close to ear) Does this problem appear under safe mode? In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
