Whenever I use the smart group to merge my applications into folders or I am performing some configuration actions, an error occurs, as in the attached photo. My device has just arrived from service for the second time and has the same system problems. How to fix this bug? :'(

Hi rafahsalles, We would suggest you try clearing cache and data of ASUS Launcher. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > ASUS Launcher > Storage & memory > Clear storage & clear cache.
