Asus 5q calls

When someone tries to call me , call goes to voicemail and I don't get any notification.. when I try to call someone it shows the phone is on do not disturb mode and I can't turn it off.. I played with everything and I still can't manage to fix this. Phone itself is not on the do not disturb mode, just the calls.. HELP

Hi terezia.pazitkova Good day. May I know whether your firmware is currently on the latest WW-14.0400.1903.065? If yes. Could you help me check the " Do not disturb" has enabled on the Quick settings panel? Please kindly disable SIM card and enable again and I suggest you can use another SIM card of a diferent operator for a check. Thank you.
