May I know whether your firmware is currently on WW- v16.0615.1903.92?
(settings> system > about phone > software information > build number)
I would suggest you clear storage on Ragnarok Mobile and reinstall for a check.
If this problem still appears, could you please kindly tell me more details as below?
(1.) Ragnarok Mobile app version
(2.) Is there any error message pop up screen? Is there any specific way to cause this problem to occur?
Could you show me a screenshot or a short video about this matter?
