Android 10 on ZenFone 5 issues

Can you please tell us how exactly we can downgrade to android pie again? Instructions please. Or at least tell us how to fix all those problems on android 10 Aosp version maybe with some system update...anyway help please.

Hello,
After updating my phone with Android 10 I notice problems with the microphone during video conferencing in Duo/Whatsapp. It stops so that the interlocutors can no longer hear me. Sometimes the phone restarts when someone calls me with a video.
Has anyone else encountered such problems ?
