Try factory data reset once by taking backup of your important data and see if your 5z behaves same because there are no problems for me with A10 and factory data reset may clear all your bugs and will be a frest start. If still issue persist than try to take ur device to nearest service centre by backing up ur data. Coz mic issue seems may be hardware problem Did your device fall sometime??
