Although the Play alarm slowly option is activated, the alarm sounds again at the last sound. The alarm does not sound slowly.

Hi memduh06199, We tested "ring gently" on our alarm on ZE620KL and could not find the same result. Have you enabled "Ring gently"? Could you tell us which ringtone you chose? Please show us a screenshot of your alarm volume: the alarm sounds again at the last sound. > Sorry, we're afraid we could not quite understand this.
