Just to share some findings , in case other users will encounter the same little problems. I updated the phone downloading the Android 10 version ww.100.04.44.98 from the AsusTek web link: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS620KL/UL-Z01R-WW-100.04.44.98-user.zip The updating process went smooth. Problem with Contacts: when the phone restarted I noted that opening the contacts, names and addresses were not visible. Moving to the dark background and moving back to the light background, names become again readable. Problem is solved. Essentially color of the fonts beame initally white on a white background, characters were no more visible. Problem with SD card . After the upgrade, the SD card was recognised, with all the files in it well readable in the Data Manager . Following a phone reboot the card was no more visible in the Data Manager. Rebooting again the phone, the card became again visible. Currently no problem with SD card. Few issues with Widgets: it seems to me that few Widgets are not working well, perhaps it is a matter of learning from my side. No big issues in any case. Microsoft Apps all working, very well: I have installed Edge, OneDrive, Outlook, Office, Microsoft Weather : all work fine, very fast. WhatsApp: working very well. That is all from my side.

Updated to Android 10 this morning. Couple of hiccups here and there. 1. Photos didn't appear in Photo Gallery. Screenshot or new photos nothing will appear in there. Tried clear cache data etc, nothing works. 2. Camera won't take pictures (I think related to the no. 1 issue). 3. Play Store crashed everytime I try to use it. Reboot to safe mode, same result. After trying here and there, seems like I need to update the Android Auto - Google Maps, Media & Messaging on Play Store to make photos appear in Gallery. But the Play Store keep crashing on me. My solution : Uninstall Play Store updates on Settings > Apps & notifications > All apps/App info > Google Play Store (Tap the 3 dots on top right corner). Then the Play Store automatically updates itself. No more crashes after it updated itself. After that, I successfully updated the Android Auto - Google Maps, Media & Messaging and problem 1 and 2 solved. All my photos is back in the gallery and the camera works again.

opening settings>>applications and notifications you can see all the app installed. In my case, I am on Android 10 with the 5Z and Mobile Manager is still there. I can access it directly on the quick settings panel. My personal feeling is that the RAM optimisation as performed by the Mobile Manager with Android 10 may not be so useful, probably it is better to let Android managing alone the RAM processing load. I would rather reboot the phone if required to clean the cache. (I am not an expert, it is just my feeling after having used this process of the Mobile Manager a few times )

Also have a look at this mods android 10 really needs lot of optimisations android system is simply hungry for battery 12% seems too much as asus released beta version as stable users are hoing through vast issues asus plz fix this as soon as possible 5Z is capable of lot more as it can redifine flaship dont ruin best hardware with buggy software Also plz do something about android 10 navigation bar sometimes watching videos in browsers bar doesnot dissappear by itself and also sometimes while playing games and somewhere in some apps navigation bar does not appear but borders are still black grey or white depending on background but area of bar are still occupied with nothing in it and thats ruining full screen experinces hope u get that :L
