ARP_ASUSThank you for your attention, I hope that asus does not disappoint us, not updating the 5z does not lead anyone to the 7, I think the situation even gets worse, this policy of 2 updates on a top of the line is even judicious with the devices and the its buyers, since it still has a lot of potential, maybe some problems not solved so far, even better to solve in a new build. A big hugHi All,
For ZS620KL, ZenUI 7 and Android 11 are still under evaluation. For any firmware related information,
please stay tuned with our official website: https://www.asus.com/Phone/ZenFone-5Z-ZS620KL/HelpDesk_BIOS/
Thank you for your continued support and patronage.

srotai agreeI would like to add my simple minded view on the matter:
Concerning 5z, Asus should remain focused on solving the already identified bugs and providing the security updates as released by Google.
There are indeed many possible enhancements given the potentials of 5z , but moving to Android 11 may not be as relevant as other improvements like e.g. getting a better camera performance under low light conditions (probably the work to be done in this case may not even be so extensive !). For what I can understand, Android 11 will not be introducing any major improvement wrt Android 10.
