Hi muhammad.1498.rq, Is your firmware version Android Pie WW-16.0620.1905.10 or WW-15.0610.1905.28? Is it unable to work in any situation? (Play music, YouTube video) If it is unable to work in every app, we would suggest you try factory reset, or back up your phone, and bring your phone to your local service center for a further examination. https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/ If it is unable to work in some apps, please provide the app and app version.
