The sound is the worster, and i dont know why

Hi hermanorossi, Could you tell us your firmware version? When did this problem start to happen? Please tell us when comparing with which firmware version, the volume sounds lower now. Which app are you using to play music? Could you show us a music link for example? Are you playing from the phone's speaker/ earphones/ bluetooth? By external mode, do you mean hard reset? Thank you 🙂
