I saw that you had commented my post and I decided to help you. OBS: I am from Brazil and sorry if my english turn into a trash kkkk (you all have a brain and are capable of understand my words kkkk).
First - Be sure that you have the ADB and Asus drivers installed. Download the "stock rom of ZD553KL"
ADB Drivers:

Second: Extract the room file to a simple past name and directory like : C:\Zenfone. Avoid put into something complex like the original folder name C:\[up_vnROM.net]_WW_ZD553KL(ZB553KL)......
Okay... lets do it finally
Put your ZD553KL into fastboot mode (press volume - and power button at same time and after appears the message "fastboot mode!!!" you can connect your usb phone on (in?) your computer.
Go inside the room folder and find the .cmd file "flashall_AFT.cmd" and run or open it and wait until it finish. OBS: if the cmd file stop just press some key in your keybord that it will keep going.
OBS2: If the .cmd file does not open, you had to extract again the file and verify if you phone and adb drivers are okay and if the files are in a simple directoy as I said.
