Zenfone 11 ultra 16/512gb bootloop & stuck on logo

I bought it on September 9, 2024. And yesterday, October 2, after coming home from work, I took my cellphone from my pocket and it was already dead. Then I tried to turn it on but it bootlooped. After that, I tried to restart the bootloader, but when I turned it on, it got stuck on the Asus logo, it couldn't be forced to turn it off. It can turn off when the battery runs out.

Did you try  a hard resetting of the phone? It can be done by pressing the volume down key and the power button together for 10 to 15 seconds.

This solution was mentioned in another discussion on this blog time ago. I also had the phone stuck once months ago and this solution worked for me

That's not a solution though...

That's a band-aid fix.   You shouldn't have to wake up every morning and have to wipe your phone in order to have it function properly.

I've owned the phone for 2 months and it's done this 3 times while charging overnight.

and btw it's volume up and power.
