Network outrage!

Been expereincing this network outrage phenomenon quite a lot. Initially I thought it was network signal but now (replacing the same sim card on my Samsung) I can conclude its a device fault.

Folks please let me know if its a faulty device or software problem

Does happen while being on call?

Normally where I live the network is quite stable and but at my frens place - super nice. The network fluctuation has slightly become more stable since the last reset, but sudden fluctuation (or constant transtion into H+ from 4g) is still there.
