Hi everyone,
Full Dark Black screen problems have started occurring on my ZenFone 11 Ultra. The screenBLACK occasionally goes blank while using apps or during phone calls, and I have to force restart the device to get it working again.
Iam running the latest software version, and the issue started after the recent update. I have tried basic troubleshooting like restarting, clearing cache, and even performing a factory reset, but the problem persists.
Has anyone else faced this issue or found a solution? Could this be a software bug or a hardware issue?
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It sounds like a frustrating issue! Since it started after the recent update, it could be a software bug. You've already tried the basic steps, but I recommend checking for any new updates, trying Safe Mode to rule out third-party apps, and clearing the system cache.
