Fingerprint zenfone 11

Hello I'm having issues with my fingerprint sensor, it's not working at all. 

It looks like is not recognised anymore.

Can not add more fingerprints either unlock my phone with it.

Some help?

That's weird! You are right we have version no showing, not in your case. So, the best thing would be to perform factory reset. If the issue still persists then create RMA or seek replacement.
