Asus Zenfone 11 ultra wifi calling and volte not appear in Vodafone carrier

I have a big problem neither wifi calling and volte appears on my 11 ultra,the carrier said that Asus have to solve this issue.

Please help!!!

I spend much money to have a phone which works!!!

If you can't fix it I want my money back!!

The last time I faced the same issue I tried Factory Reset and it works for me. You can try these steps also

• Check Carrier Support: Ensure Vodafone supports these features on your device.
• Update Software: Make sure your phone's software is up to date.
• Enable Features: Look for WiFi calling and VoLTE in Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network.
• Contact Asus: Ask Asus support for any updates or settings adjustments.
• Carrier Settings Update: Confirm with Vodafone that your settings are updated.
• Factory Reset: As a last resort, try a factory reset after backing up your data.
