Trouble with cellular data

I just purchased a ZenFone 10 and I am experiencing an issue. I can't seem to use cellular data, for navigation it's seems I am able to use WhatsApp although it's slow as **bleep** and I can make and receive calls no issue but no internet. Any ideas on how to fix this? I would hate to return the phone since I am quite liking it Thanks for any ideas on how to fix it

Can you please provide the following information-

Can you please mention the name of your network provider?

Have you set data limitations for apps?

Do you experience this issue with any other apps?

Have you enabled 'mobile connection' for the mentioned app? [Settings>Apps & Notifications>(App)>Mobile Data & WiFi>Enable mobile connection]
