First unlock after reboot not request authentication

Hi,

After rebooting the phone and presenting authentication PIN, if i lock the phone i can unlock it next time with no fingerprint or pattern, it unlocks with double tap on screen or pressing power button with the nail. Next time it is locked it works as expected.

How often does this issue occur?
